How to Grow and Care for Mums So They Last All Season Long

To care for potted mums, provide them with adequate sunlight, water daily by checking the soil moisture and watering at the base, and fertilize with a balanced solution every two weeks until blooms open. For continued blooms, deadhead (remove) spent flowers to encourage new ones, and protect plants from frost with covers when temperatures drop.
