🌽❤️ That’s a Wrap on the 2026 Season! ❤️🌽
And just like that, another sweet corn season is officially in the books!
Yesterday ended up being a little bonus day for us. We had originally planned for last week to be the end of the season, but our final planting came in later than expected, giving us just enough corn to open for one more day. We had a great turnout and sold a LOT of corn, and we’re so happy so many of you were able to get one last taste of Fresh Pickins sweet corn before we close up until next summer. 🌽
This season, we had 9 locations open across the Twin Cities. We are incredibly grateful to every single person who visited us at any of them, especially those who supported our new Spring Park location and helped us get our new locations up and running!
We also know this season looked a little different for many of our longtime customers. With the development around our old location off 109th in Brooklyn Park, we had to make a big move to Champlin. We are so thankful to everyone who followed us to our new location, helped spread the word, and continued supporting us. The success we had at Champlin meant so much to us. ❤️
And we absolutely cannot make this happen without our employees.
To our early morning field crew: THANK YOU. You got up before the sun, day after day, to pick sweet corn and vegetables in the rain, heat, cool mornings, and everything else Minnesota threw at you. Your hard work got everything picked, sorted, loaded, and ready for our customers.
And to all of our stand workers: THANK YOU. You are the face of Fresh Pickins, greeting our customers, answering questions, helping people find what they need, and sending them home with a smile. We are so grateful for every one of you and everything you did to make this season possible. ❤️
Our customers, our employees, our farmers, and everyone who helped behind the scenes are what make Fresh Pickins what it is. We are beyond grateful for every single person who played a part in another season.
