The newest additions to our fleet of chicken tractors are complete! In a few weeks, these will house our pasture-raised chickens. Every day we’ll be moving more square footage of poultry shelters than we have in our entire home! 😳

Just another day in the life of an old farm. We discovered an underground water leak in our barn, the same line that feeds water out to our animals on pasture. Thankfully we caught it before anyone was too far out to haul buckets, but that day was coming fast!

A huge thank you to Bert’s Sewer & Excavating for making us a priority, they know livestock can’t wait.

Days like today remind us spring is on the way. The kids were up early to wander the fields and woods, searching for deer antler sheds, one of their favorite early spring traditions on the farm. Fresh air, muddy boots, and a whole lot of excitement when someone spots one. 🦌🌱

It’s turkey time!! We have a few left of our pasture raised turkeys. These flavorful birds are always a crowd pleaser! Living their best lives on pasture, they forage on lush greens and bugs getting moved regularly to a new area. Say goodbye to the bland turkey from the grocery store and hello to the delicious, juicy turkey you’ve been craving! Farm pickup and delivery available this Sunday 11/9
