Rub This on UR Meat! It started out in a family owned supermarket in Brooklyn.

Two brothers
had an idea to make flavorful rotisserie chicken; instead of using
pre packaged rubs that have so many chemicals, they decided to make
their own. They went through months of trial and error to finally
create a seasoning with natural ingredients. Not only is it perfect on
poultry it also compliments fish, steaks, lamb, pork, pizza, and even
vegetables. They gave out samples to long-time customers to try and to
their surprise they wanted more, inevitably creating Big K's Rub.
