Yuzu Summer Fade 🥂
- 1/2 can Yuzu Mizu
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz honey syrup (or agave)
- A dash of bitters (optional, for complexity)
- Garnish: grapefruit slice + mint sprig
- Stir gently over ice, top with LOKI
