Acme Smoked Fish 4th generation family owned & operated since 1906.
(222)

Since 1906, Acme Smoked Fish has been crafting premium smoked and pickled fish with care, tradition, and a touch of Brooklyn soul. Still family-owned and operated four generations later, we’re a passionate crew of fish lovers dedicated to bringing exceptional flavor to every table. From our flagship brand Acme to Blue Hill Bay, Ruby Bay, Spence & Co., and Great American, our products can be found nationwide—from deli counters and bagel shops to some of the best restaurants in the country. We source responsibly from pristine waters around the world—salmon from Norway, Scotland, Alaska, Canada, and Chile, and Whitefish and Ciscoes from trusted local fishermen in the Great Lakes and Alaska.
