In Madagascar, that means Criollo — the most flavorful variety, and the rarest. The flavor tells you why. Bright, fruity, a little tart, with a finish that lingers. Nothing like what you’ve ever tasted before in chocolate, and that's the whole point.

Photo 2: Unusually large pods. Colors that almost don't look real. Since our farmers know what they’re looking for, they can find the best quality Criollo.
