A hurried platter for myself for the Knicks. 💙🧡Personally I prefer to focus on the cheese and not get too wrapped up on frills and furbelows, a great way also to stay within a budget. We are trying out some incredible cheese from Valley Milkhouse Creamery and Flower Gap Farm as well some Hornbacher and Bleu de Dômes. 🧀 Blue cheese dressing is different every time but today- ricotta, mayo, Stilton, salt, seasoning, sherry vinegar.

Shadow Blossom was one of my favourite R&D cheeses I tasted last year and I’m so pleased to finally have it in the case. We love Albert Krause’s Bavarian cheese and this wheel is no exception. A rich 3 month old alpine with almost Tonkatsu ramen broth flavours coated in a fragrant crunchy carpet of six different peppers. Each bite is its own pairing.
