is a woman-owned business that builds connections and community through virtual pasta making workshops and wine tastings. Over my 7 year career, my love for food has taken me from California, Maine, Nicaragua, and finally, to Italy. came to life in 2016 while I was working on a small farm in the Umbrian Hills. I lived the farm to table life of fresh produce, local ingredients, and hand made pasta.

I fell in love with the ritual and meditative quality that making fresh pasta provides. My goal with Allora is to bring that same love and calm back to all of my students while engaging them in the art and history of fresh pasta.

Thrilled to announce a collaboration with my friend this month, happening on April 20th at .nyc .

This five course menu is full of history, with roots in both Puebla, Mexico and Northern Italy (+ an arancini dish because it’s just too good not to share). We can’t wait to have you join us at the dinner table and help us continue to write our stories.

This week my ricotta gnocchi is back with a mint & pea puree + crème fraiche and delicate little orecchiette with a classic puglian style sauce of broccoli rabe & sausage. Limited amount of kits & takeaway available 11-5pm.

Come through to my local market in BedStuy tomorrow (Fri, 5/23) for a rare opportunity to grab fresh pasta for your weekend ahead. I’ll be there with fresh pasta kits for you to prepare at home or if you’re hungry right then and there, you know I can help you with that too.

Tomorrow I’ll have ricotta gnocchi with a Sicilian sun-dried tomato sauce & caramelized zucchini + goat cheese tortelloni with lemon butter.

Mitch has all the goodies to pair your pasta with too - fresh vegetables, all the local meats (go for the merguez always), and the best eggs in the neighborhood.

On Sunday March 16th, I’m partnering up with to teach my first natural dyed pasta workshop. We’ll be playing with colorful sheets of pasta, forming adorable farfalle, striped pasta, and more. The workshop takes place at the beautiful Verci & will be followed by a 3 course Sunday supper, including Allora Pasta handmade pasta.
