My FAVORITE day of boot camp! Our show team rode 10 horses each today through a pattern and judged 50 patterns!!!!

Reviewing scoring system, common penalties, and learning how quickly judges have to maje decisions.

Riding "the horse they have" in each pattern, working through difficulties while still showing on an unfamiliar horse is my favorite teaching tool. Working their own horses tomorrow will now be more rewarding. So proud of our team ❤️

As a mom and a coach, I am so incredibly proud of these riders and their horses. The ribbons were the icing but the personal growth, the lessons and the memories will last them, a lifetime. They all worked so hard despite lack of sleep, heat, and extremely tough competition and very much held their own against very seasoned riders that are the more used to this type of show environment.

EVERY RIDER walked away with at least a buckle and our team claimed 2 of the high points.

I think this is just the start of these amazing riders' careers, and i'm so excited to continue to watch the growth.

There are not enough words to show our appreciation for you.Knowing that all of our babies at home are taking care of like they are your own so we can have memories like this is priceless. And thank you for taking care of our special boy and showing him how much we loved him until the end even though we couldn't be there 😢 He was so lucky to have you.

Eddy Strommen Your support over the years has the been a crucial part of our horse's success and happiness. Our special boy is ALIVE because of you. Your extra care and brainstorming to keep everyone comfortable is so appreciated.

Irongate Equine Clinic and EquiStroke have also been a huge part of our teams success. Your care, attention, and love for our horses has not gone without notice. We are blessed to have your support.

Thank you to the rest of the CQ Family your extra support at the barn, your flexibility, and understanding!!!!!

And to my Brooklyn........our team, our farm, our family could not do the things we have done without all of your behind the scenes, support. Thank you for all the extra work you put in to make this show a possibility. I am incredibly proud of the way that you've stepped up and served as a mentor and literally made a little girl dreams come true this week. Thank you for sharing and giving up your mom. Bert is very lucky to have you as his person and I am so blessed that I get a front row seat to watch the amazing things that you accomplish. Persistence, determination and hard work is going to take you so far in life my love.
