Introducing the latest addition to our menu: 🍜 ejenmyun (starting Thurs 9/24)! The base of our first noodle soup is a clean, housemade seafood & veggie broth over a bed of thick-cut wheat noodles. We then add in an assortment of vegetables: onions, carrots, zucchini, cabbage, scallions, shiitake, enoki and wood ear mushrooms; a handful of shelled clams and mussels; and a little (optional) pork for extra flavor. It’s a comforting, healthful soup that is light, not heavy — perfect for the crisp fall months we are now entering.
But wait, there’s more! We’ll be offering a vegan/vegetarian version with our housemade veggie broth, the same assortment of vegetables as aforementioned and yubu (tofu skin)! We’ll add a bit of our housemade chili oil, too, if you want it a little spicy!
