Fair to say it’s *our whole job* to think about Martinis all day.
So, of course, we’re always tinkering with our favorite recipes.

Empirical Olive Martini 🫒🍸
1.5 oz Empirical Olive
1.25 oz vodka (or gin)
0.25 oz dry vermouth
Olives, for garnish

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine ingredients and stir until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with olives. As many as you like, we won’t judge. 🫒✨

This Negroni Week, make it Empirical. Try this savory take on the Negroni. Empirical Olive brings herbal depth and a touch of salinity to the bittersweet classic.

Empirical Olive Negroni
1 1/2 oz Empirical Olive
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
Olive and lemon twist, for garnish

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with olive and a lemon twist.
