Last week I was invited to “Understanding, Measuring, and Addressing Racism in the Food System: Applying an Anti-Racist Praxis to Improve Sovereignty, Community Resilience, Well-Being, and Justice” in Chicago. The energy of the thoroughly engaged attendees was truly inspiring!

There were farmers, policymakers - and thanks to Angela Odoms-Young, one of the organizers at Cornell, RDs were well represented too! I couldn’t be more grateful and honored to be invited.

Images were provided by which specifically supports Black owned businesses and non-profits doing racial justice work.
