The space also serves as the headquarters and production facility of Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur, a vegan, Kosher, and gluten-free liqueur created from only four ingredients - 200 pounds of fresh ginger per batch, water, sugar and alcohol - and never any preservatives or chemicals. Although excellent neat or over ice, its balanced sweetness and concentrated, natural flavor adds the perfect amount of intensity to any cocktail. Tours and tastings are available.
