Our store will be CLOSED August 27th - August 30th for the Brooklyn Fair. We will be grilling our bison burgers, hotdogs, Philly cheesesteaks, and serving our popular milkshakes! Come see us at our Creamery Brook Bison food trailer!

We have chicken and Cornish game hens in stock! These are birds that we have raised right here on our farm and had butchered locally. Whole chicken (on left) is $5/lb. and the birds range from 4-6 pounds. Cornish game hens (on the right) are $10/lb. and range from 1-2 pounds.

We also carry a limited supply of pork in our store (with more coming in October). If you are interested in buying a half or whole pig let us know. This is very limited, so first come first serve. Call us 860-779-0837 if you are interested.

We're just saying "What's up?" (just like what I imagine this bison was saying here 😂). Below are some FAQ's that we have been getting lately:

🦬 Can we go see the bison?

The bison are on a rotational grazing system in pastures at the back of our property. They are not able to be seen very often from where our store is due to this. We do offer public wagon rides to see the bison at events on our farm. Look at the “Events” tab for these scheduled rides. Our next ones are October 24 & 25th! 🎃

🦬 Do you offer tours during store hours?

No, we do not. We have public rides available to see the bison posted on the “Events” tab on our website. These scheduled tours are the only public rides that we have.

🦬 Do you sell ice cream at your farm/are you a creamery?

No, we do not. Our name, Creamery Brook Bison, comes from the road our farm is off of, Creamery Brook Road.

🦬 Do you sell 1/2 or 1/4 bison?

No. Unfortunately we do not have the herd size to accommodate selling our bison meat in this large of a quantity at this time. We do sell individual retail cuts in our store.

Come take a quick walk around our store! Below is a video that shows you what our set-up looks like. We have our retail cuts of bison, pork and chicken (limited) that is all grown right on our farm here in Brooklyn. We also carry many bison souvenirs, meal kits, and meat specials. Come see us during store hours:
Thursday & Friday 2-6 pm and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm. If you can't make it during those times, call us and make an appointment for us to open the store (860) 779-0837.

We are ONE DAY away from our annual Farm Festival!!
