Exquisite Bafun Uni from Maine is back in season. Harvested from native green sea urchins, the majority of the local harvest is exported to Toyosu market in Japan. Luckily, before that step, Regalis reserves a portion of the finest trays to be kept stateside. Fresh shipments are sent to us daily.

Parasitic Wild Foraged Lobster Mushrooms are now in season. Found in coniferous forests, lobsters transform their dull white host mushroom’s structure and chemistry turning them vibrant reddish-orange, enhancing their aroma and flavor.

Introducing our New Tinned Fish Collection.

Crafted in a century-old cannery perched at the water’s edge in Galicia. On the northern tip of the Iberian Peninsula - it is just steps from where the seafood is harvested. Each tin is hand-packed by two sisters devoted to preserving their multi-generational family tradition, with a particular emphasis on delicately smoked selections.
We’re proud to launch with just over ten unique offerings, each highlighting a different expression of the sea’s bounty.

While most large-scale canneries rely on thawed, previously-frozen seafood sourced globally, our line is made exclusively from fresh, live catch–delivered in live batches directly from harvester to cannery. A rare expression of tradition and terroir in every bite.

Aka Ebi are a crimson-red sweet prawn found deep in the northern Pacific Ocean, fished off the coast of Hawaii at 2000 feet below. Caught by a single boat in Kauai, we purchase the entire weekly catch then rush to cryogenically freeze each individual prawn within 24 hours. Though rare to spot and difficult to catch, this species is revered for its exceptional sweetness and semi firm texture. These are best eaten raw as they are sashimi-grade, though its exceptional flavor and mouthfeel will still shine if just lightly grilled or warmed.
