Introducing our New Tinned Fish Collection.
Crafted in a century-old cannery perched at the water’s edge in Galicia. On the northern tip of the Iberian Peninsula - it is just steps from where the seafood is harvested. Each tin is hand-packed by two sisters devoted to preserving their multi-generational family tradition, with a particular emphasis on delicately smoked selections.
We’re proud to launch with just over ten unique offerings, each highlighting a different expression of the sea’s bounty.
While most large-scale canneries rely on thawed, previously-frozen seafood sourced globally, our line is made exclusively from fresh, live catch–delivered in live batches directly from harvester to cannery. A rare expression of tradition and terroir in every bite.
