Revolving Dansk has one mission, and one mission alone: To bring the danish hot dog to America. The danish hot dog is not just another street meat. It is the ONLY street meat of Copenhagen. The classical danish hot dog (the rød pølse) is a red, juicy, natural casing hot dog with a snap! Revolving Dansk is recreating the traditional hot dog, using old world danish sausage making techniques and the

classical scandinavian ingredients, while making it as natural as possible. This means all of the old world flavor, with none of the artificial ingredients. R/DK creates pop-up restaurant events and street food fairs as a way to introduce these foods to NYC, before hitting the market soon.
