Brooklyn Delhi We create award-winning condiments and sauces inspired by Indian food traditions. Achaar is savory, sour, spicy and sweet! Ben is a sculptor and designer.

Try it on rice & curry, in sandwiches, with grilled meats, on eggs, mixed into soups or noodles, with cheese & crackers, on pizza, etc. Brooklyn Delhi is brought to you by Chitra (recipes) and Ben (design). Chitra is the creator of The ABCD's of Cooking, specializing in Indian vegetarian cooking using local ingredients. We hope you like our achaar!

Pervaiz has championed our Roasted Garlic Achaar for years, and his achaar smash burger has been a fan favorite from the start.
