County Road Alpacas offers quality huacaya alpacas and products made from their fiber.

Our products are available in all natural, non-dyed colors from our herd of multi-colored alpacas and colony-raised angora rabbits. All fiber preparation is done on our farm – we skirt, sort, wash, pick, card, spin, knit, crochet, felt, and weave on site. We offer you a truly local luxury product from the animal to the handmade item. Just minutes south of Madison, we welcome farm visits and would be happy to speak with you about the joys of owning these magical creatures and working with their fiber.

There are a couple new faces on the farm. Meet Paisley our new LGD pup and Samantha, new supervising kitten. Both were a pleasant surprise.

Preston crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Possibly hemangeosarcoma. I am heartbroken.
RIP my smart, sweet, goofy, giant guardian. I miss you terribly.
