The Vendome still arrived at St Lucia Distillers in 2003 and has a capacity of over 1,300 liters. Used to make distillates for Chairman's Reserve 1931 and Legacy blends, this is one of four stills at our distillery. 🥃

2 parts Bana Canne ⁠
2 lemon wedges⁠
4-5 mint leaves⁠
Sparkling water⁠
⁠
In a glass, muddle lemon wedges and mint leaves. Add ice and Bana Canne. Top with sparkling water and stir. Enjoy!
