Sorry umami, it's udaddy's turn to get some love.

This mushroom-beef blended burger is set to satisfy any father figure.

Ingredients:
- St Pierre USA Brioche
- 1 8oz umami mushroom pack (or any mushrooms!)
- 8oz ground beef (or any other meat / veg burger mix!)
- burger spices
- burger accoutrements (lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, etc)

Steps:
1. Mince mushrooms.
2. Dry sauté minced mushrooms in a hot pan until they start to brown (5-10 minutes), stirring sparingly.
3. Add oil and sauté for another 5-10 minutes.
4. Remove mushrooms from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
5. Mix mushrooms, beef, and burger spices and create patties.
6. Cook patties for 3 minutes per side on medium heat, gently cooking the inside and searing the outside.
7. Plop that burger on the brioche and dress it with the accoutrements.
8. Deliver that umami bomb to the king of your choosing.
