The Adventures of Fido at the Farmer’s Market 🐾

We love seeing all of our four-legged friends at the market! With so many pups joining us lately, here are a few quick reminders to help everyone have a safe and enjoyable visit.

• Know your dog’s comfort level – If your pup is new to crowds, visit early or during the last hour when things are a little quieter.

• Watch body language – Relaxed ears and happy tails are great signs! If your dog seems stressed or overwhelmed, take a break in a quieter area.

• Dog greetings aren't always necessary – Just like people, not every dog wants to make new friends. Please avoid nose-to-nose meetings unless both pups are comfortable.

• Be considerate of others – Not every customer is a dog person, so please give others space.

• Clean up after your pup – Eyes on your dog, not your phone! P**p bags are available near the trash cans or ask a vendor if needed.

A few extra notes: Non-retractable leashes work best in crowds, bring water for your pup, find shade on warm days, and please keep those pupper paws off hot pavement.

Bring Fido, have fun, and enjoy the market! 🐶
