-8 oz fresh juice
-4 oz milk
-4 oz yogurt
-half a banana
-1 serving vanilla protein powder
-a pinch of cardamom, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon
-a handful of ice

Blend everything up and add a dash of cinnamon on top! šŸ˜‹
