I accepted a large cookie order for tomorrow and boy I’m glad I did. Sometimes making the flesh do things it doesn’t feel like doing, then reminds it of its purpose again. Baking has been so therapeutic for me recently. It’s been nice to slow down and BAKE.

Wouldn’t be a Saturday without supporting someone local.

I just visited the cutest stand and got this baklava cake and let me tell you something, this is the most unique interesting treat I have found at a farm stand yet. It is a delicious mix of baklava and banana bread and it is absolutely divine. I’ve never tasted anything like it. I hopped in my car, took a bite and got right back out to get another one. Can’t wait to try this pizza crust tonight.

Forgot to post the mini market is OPEN! for one of the last times! Swing by and stock up on milk, and fall dry goods!
These are the very last cheesecakes, we won't be opening anymore.
We do have some fresh Acorn & Oven this week and tons of milk!
We will not be restocking any dry goods after the fall freshies come in.

Well folks we are making it over to The Farmhouse Market ! Today we will have a small selection, I ROYALLY messed up the dough so no regular loaves but we have these fabulous onion and cheddar focaccia squares and Italian herb and cheese! There will only be 1 sandwich bread available, the others are spoken for!

Hey my lovely people. Sandwich bread is fermenting slowly today it’s a little cooler in my house. Trying my best to get it out! I will share in a few hours if I make it before 7pm.
