As a married man, the biggest family argument has to be, "What's for Dinner?" Generally speaking this leads to dinning out and then deciding on where to go... What happened to the days when it was "You'll eat what I've made or you'll go to bed hungry?" My name is Sean and I have seen this time and again over the years working in the restaurant industry. I've worked in everything from Fine Dining to Fast-Casual and some others along the way. Some of this experience I will be bringing to your table, some will be family recipes, others a fusion amongst styles. Therefore, I will be answering "the" question and you're "Not It" for preparing it! I will be producing 2 - 6 different meals a week that can be taken home and enjoyed that evening or frozen for another night when "the" question arises.
