YES.... you get YOUR meat back! Every order is assigned a # and that # follows your meat throughout the process. Meat is never mixed between orders. Including sausage products.

We also process hogs AFTER all deer are processed and equipment is cleaned. No meats are intermingled during processing.

📣📣📣THE WAIT IS FINALLY OVER!📣 📣📣

We will officially be open this FRIDAY to start taking deer! Hours for Friday will be 9am-6pm. We will also accept deer this Saturday from 9am-3pm.

After this weekend, regular drop off/pick up days and hours will be Tuesdays from 9am-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-3pm. These days and hours may be adjusted as season progresses, so please check back on our page for updates.

Our address is 6110 Swimming Hole Lane, Brooksville. We are located at the end of Swimming Hole Ln. Look for the driveway with the Spring Lake Processing sign. Please follow signs along driveway to the building. The phone number is (352)803-0372 (call or text).

⚠️ As you enter Emerald Woods at the end of Culbreath Rd., please maintain 20 MPH through the neighborhood out of respect for families and the abundant wildlife in the area. Also, when passing, please stay as close to the roadway as possible for safe passing when necessary. The ditches can get quite slippery, especially after rain.

❗️REMINDER: All deer must be skinned and gutted. A $50 deposit is required at drop off.
