Many of you have asked about the “topping” process and the “blooms” we break out. This is the bloom that produces the seed. We break it out so the plant will produce larger leaves. We don’t typically let the plants “bloom out” before we top either- but we had this one so I snapped a picture. Topping has started, so harvesting will begin in about 20 days. Stay tuned.
