The Urban Quail The Urban Quail is a quail egg business located in central west Florida. Owner/operator: Sonja Buss The Urban Quail was started as a way for me to relax.

It was so easy to fall in love with such a wonderful, quiet, sweet, productive bird. I realized that I needed to educate myself more about them. Once I started looking into all the great things that quail eggs bring to nutrition, I decided to take a risk and start selling my eggs to local businesses. I got 3 accounts that 1st week! I was so excited! We now have 18 quail and are adding as demand progresses.
