From barrel to bottle. 🥃

These are our aged 12- and 13-year-old whiskey barrels being moved for the next step in our process. They'll be blended with our 4- and 5-year-old barrels using the solera blending method, creating a whiskey with an average age of nearly 9 years and bottled at 100 proof.

Why do we do it? Consistency. Solera blending helps us maintain the rich flavor and color our loyal customers have come to expect.

As one of Florida's oldest certified farm distilleries, we've spent nearly 15 years perfecting this process, and it's been a key part of crafting the whiskey and rum we're proud to share with you.

Every barrel has a story, and this is where the next chapter begins. 🥃🌾

Ever wonder about our helicopter bar? 🚁🥃

This 1968 Bell 206 (OH-58) served during the Vietnam era before being converted for sheriff's department use. After surviving an engine failure and crash in Georgia in 2021, it was retired and sold at auction.

We brought it home to NJoy Spirits, where it was transformed into the one-of-a-kind helicopter bar you see today! With the help of Bev Pro, it's now a fully functioning bar complete with a beer cooler and glycol chiller inside the cabin.
