School’s out for summer! That means I am officially on a break, can try new recipes, and can continue to provide fantastic Korean food for you! This week... Donkkaseu for the WIN!
Korean Donkkaseu 돈까스 Plates (Breaded Pork Cutlet). This Koreanized version of the famous Japanese Tonkatsu is different as it’s thinner and crispier. This comfort food for most Koreans has a beautifully sweet and velvety sauce that gets smothered on top. A giant piece of pork cutlet served with Pasta Salad, Korean-style coleslaw, rice, and Kimchi.
We will also have some FAN FAVORITES, including Japchae, Kimchi Jjigae (kimchi stew), and corn cheese!!!
