Still planning food for this weekend? Want to show up with the dish everyone’s going to talk about? Bring T**i Maria’s chicken cutlets and a vodka pasta tray! They’re always a favorite, and you’ll be the hero of the party.

The Drunken Chicken was such a hit this past weekend, so I’m putting it back in the spotlight. Campanelle tossed in my Signature Vodka Sauce with creamy burrata mixed throughout, topped with two crispy chicken cutlets drenched in vodka sauce, melted mozzarella and provolone, fresh burrata, fresh parsley, and freshly grated Locatelli.

And this week, I’m featuring the Sassy Sicilian, too! A few of you have already tried it as one of my off-menu favorites, and I’m so happy to have it on the menu for everyone to enjoy. It features crispy homemade chicken cutlets, sharp provolone, and fresh baby arugula on a seeded Italian roll brushed with extra virgin olive oil and finished with white balsamic vinaigrette. Choose homemade roasted peppers or long hots.

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

In honor of this special month, T**i Maria’s Signature Vodka Sauce would love to give back a little love again this year and honor everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer, including those going through treatment, survivors, and all the fighters along the way. 💕

This year, I’ll be choosing three winners:

1st winner: A tray of Penne alla Vodka and six chicken cutlets
2nd winner: A T**i Maria’s to-go meal of your choice
3rd winner: A pint of T**i Maria’s Signature Vodka Sauce and a bag of pasta

Each winner will receive something from T**i Maria’s to help make one evening a little easier.

T**i Maria’s had such a great weekend, and I’m still smiling about all the love for the Drunken Chicken! So this week, I’m putting it back in the spotlight.

DRUNKEN CHICKEN, $25
One of T**i Maria’s customer favorites. Campanelle pasta tossed in Signature Vodka Sauce with creamy burrata mixed throughout, topped with 2 crispy chicken cutlets drenched in vodka sauce, melted mozzarella and provolone, and finished with fresh burrata, fresh parsley and freshly grated Locatelli cheese.

I’m also excited to officially add the Sassy Sicilian to the menu! A few of you have already tried it as an off-menu favorite, and since you’ve been loving it, I thought it was time for everyone to enjoy it!

THE SASSY SICILIAN, $17
Crispy homemade chicken cutlets layered with sharp provolone and fresh baby arugula on a seeded Italian roll brushed with extra virgin olive oil. Finished with a drizzle of white balsamic vinaigrette and your choice of homemade roasted peppers or long hots.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to see T**i Maria’s at Saint Bernadette’s today! I completely sold out of my sauce and meals, and I’m so grateful!

I met so many wonderful new people and had the nicest conversations. It meant so much to see my regular customers stop by to grab something, and even some friends I haven’t seen in forever came by to pick up dinner!

A special thank you to Saint Bernadette’s for welcoming me and adding me to the market at the last minute. Today was such a special day for T**i Maria’s. Thank you all for making it one to remember!

A little change of plans for tomorrow…T**i Maria’s is popping up at the Fall Vendor Market at Saint Bernadette’s!

Here’s what’s happening at T**i Maria’s this weekend!

First, a reminder that T**i Maria’s will be at the Lower Merion High School Flea & Vendor Market this Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM! If you’re nearby, come say hello, try a sample of my Signature or Caliente sauce, and check out a few of my homemade favorites. I’d love to see you!

I’m also taking orders for the weekend. Hosting or heading to a tailgate? Chicken cutlet trays, pasta, and homemade Strombolis are perfect for sharing. Message me to place your order for pickup.

What’s happening at T**i Maria’s this weekend?

This Saturday, October 17, I’ll be at the Lower Merion High School Flea & Vendor Market from 8 AM to 2 PM. The Lower Merion High School Class of 2028 is hosting the market in the front parking lot, so come browse and support the Aces!

I know I have a lot of my Main Line friends here, including my fellow Lower Merion graduates. If you’ve been wanting to try T**i Maria’s and you’re nearby, this is a great chance to come see me. I’d love to see you!

I’ll have a fresh batch of my Signature and Caliente sauces, samples, and a few selected meals. If you know you’ll be there and want a meal ready to pick up, message me in advance to preorder.

My order availability is very limited for the rest of the week, but I still have a few spots for pickup. Message me if you’d like to order!
