Easy being green!

Hello everyone! I am excited to be slowly launching my micro/urban farm for the local community, here in Colorado. I have been sprouting and growing microgreens for myself and my fur babies for years now and I wanted to share these baby plants with you all.

The best part about these greens are that they will be all veganic - no pesticides, fertilizers, chemicals, (animal based) manure/compost, or soil. We also will be using Organic and Non Gmo Seeds! By growing this way, you end up with yummy, tender greens that give you up to 40x the micro-nutrients than their mature counterpart. This allows you to get more vitamins and minerals by eating less, while avoiding all of the toxins that come along with conventional produce and unavoidable growing methods.

I guess what I am trying to say is that on the macro-scale, micro-greens are pretty awesome.

Not only will local chefs be using my living greens to prepare amazing meals but you can pick up at a few markets as well as have a delivery option, depending on where you live in Colorado.
