Fall is officially here, and so is Harvest Shade. 🎃🍂

This Pumpkin Imperial Stout spent two years in Old Elk Rye barrels before we blended in a barrel of two-year-aged b**r from a Widow Jane 10 Year Bourbon barrel for extra depth. Then we built a pumpkin spice blend around it with pumpkin puree, Korintje cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and Madagascar vanilla, all layered over deep cocoa and barrel-kissed richness.

Pumpkin pie in a glass. 13% ABV.

Harvest Shade releases TODAY, October 16, in our Taproom and is available to purchase online at shop.parishb**r.com for local pick-up or UPS Direct Shipping. Pick-up in the Taproom begins at 11am, and UPS Direct Shipping will start next week.

Harvest Shade: $25 per 500ml bottle

IMPORTANT: If your b**r isn't picked up within a week of your order, your order will be canceled. An 8% restocking fee will apply to canceled orders.

It's finally October and feeling like fall. Pick up a 6-pack of Parish Oktoberfest in any of our distribution markets or our Taproom.

A nod to one of the oldest folk festivals in the world, Parish Oktoberfest is a traditional, malty, clean l***r brewed for cooler weather, fall festivals, and Steinholding competitions. A blend of Munich and Metolius malted barleys gives it a delightful red-brown hue and a rich, bready flavor to match. A robust, frothy head and a touch of classic Saaz hops keep it true to the style. 5.4% ABV.

SIPS Bellini is back TOMORROW along with a fresh batch of SIPS Pinot Noir & Dark Berry.

A lush Berliner-style sour ale, zesty and vibrant like the nectar of a sun-ripened Ruston peach, followed by a crisp sip of cold Chardonnay. Taking inspiration from the iconic Bellini cocktail, velvety peach puree and white w**e grapes blend seamlessly into a satisfying, fruit-forward sour that pairs equally well with brunch, tailgates, and good company.

🍺 WE'RE HIRING - JOIN THE PARISH TEAM! 🍺

We're growing, and we need good people to grow with us. We're looking for a passionate, hard-working brewer to join our team full-time.

The ideal candidate is either an experienced brewer or someone eager to start as an Assistant Brewer. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for making incredible b**r.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 🍻

Day-to-day, you'll operate the brewhouse—mashing in, lautering, boiling, and measuring and adding ingredients—shovel spent grain, load and unload trucks, perform QC tests, and log production.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

A team-oriented mindset
No issues getting to work early in the morning reliably every day
Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
Knowledge to drive and operate a forklift
Comfort with physically demanding work and industrial safety protocols
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRMs (Ekos is a plus)
Brewing or industrial experience is a plus but not required

TODAY 9/25

Trinity presale pick-up starts at 11am in the Taproom. Have your order confirmation ready! There will be a limited amount of release b**r available for day-of purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Both presale pick-up and day-of sales end at 8pm.

UPS Direct Shipping begins next week.

Trinity: $20 per 16oz 4pack cans.

The Taproom will be open from 11am - 8pm for pours, b**r to-go, and merchandise.

Important: B**r not picked up within one week of release will be canceled. All canceled online orders incur an 8% restocking fee.
