We were super excited to welcome our first calf of the year on Sunday! Jessie is our matriarch and always gives us great calves. Excited to see how this little girl develops as she’s our first calf with new herd sire Morey’s Jack Pine.

We are looking to the fall and will have beef available. These are pasture raised, grass fed/grass finished Dexter beef.

Dexters are known for their exceptional beef quality and finish excellent on grass. Processing will happen in September/October and you will work directly with the butcher so you get exactly what you want. If needed we can assist with recommendations.

Dexters are a smaller breed with these animals HCW estimated to be 475-525lb. Because of their smaller size we only sell by the half. They also net more meat than your regular commercial breeds - typically in the 65% range - which means you’re taking home more beef.
