Two years sitting on the harvest sidelines...

Belts, chains, bearings and pulleys. Unloading auger pivot bushing was what we suspected to be the final straw for the original owner. Looked like he started with winter service and found that extremely heavy awkward repair and decided to cut losses. Two forklifts and a couple hours later. New bushings installed in that pivot.... Interesting fact these new high capacity unloading systems have over 2,000 lbs of material in that auger when running! That’s 35 bushels of grain! Nearly a pro box!

Every year the combines go in for annual inspections at Tri County equipment. This year along with the inspection sheets we did a walk around with Dave Tubbs from Tri County Equipment. We have our own shop and do our own annual maintenance based off these second opinions and second set of eyes looking over our machines! We really appreciate the great service Alan Miller !
