We are interested in finding ORGANICALLY GROWN GARLIC

This is my last bag of what we froze last year.

For the first time ever, I used some frozen/ thawed garlic in my dill pickles.

These are Mangalitsa hogs which we prefer to pasture vs give high amounts of grains, in order to keep the fat content lower. They still get rationed amounts of our own organic pig feed daily. These pigs are known for their high-fat lard content and the best tasting meat! The Kobe beef of pork! (Seriously!)
