Ms. Luna has baby fever! 🐔🥚 She’s spent almost all day in the nesting box for the past four days, determined to become a mama. We aren’t hatching babies, Ms. Luna! 😂🤦‍♀️

Baby chicks out enjoying some sunshine today along with their keeper, Zoe! ☀️🐥 They’ll be 6 weeks old tomorrow—they are growing at warp speed! Hopefully, they’ll be ready to move into the big coop in the next couple of weeks! 💕

It’s “potato chip” season! 🍂🐐 Also known as leaves on the ground—the goats’ favorite crunchy snack! You can hear the munching from across the pasture! 😂

Rainy days are perfect days to make sourdough! 🤤

I mean for real! I’d have a new animal every week! 🤣

Our latest batch of chicks! 🐥❤️ We ordered 8 from Meyer Hatchery. Sadly, our little Buff Polish didn’t make it past the day after arrival. 💔

Our crew includes 2 Easter Eggers, a Cookies and Cream, an Olive Egger, a Speckled Sussex, a Welsummer, and a Wheaten Olive Egger! 🥰

Can’t wait to see the colorful eggs these girls give us in the spring! 🥚🌈

Meet Hank, my barn kitty (I named him Hank and he’s not really mine but he kinda is 😉)! 🐈❤️ He’s hanging around most of the time now, and he’s the dad of the kittens I “stole.” 😅

I’ve been trying to get him a little healthier with supplements, and hopefully one day he’ll trust me enough for a trip to the vet! We’re still working on the petting privileges—he gets unsure sometimes and scratched me pretty good one day! 😩

I love having him around, and he’s an excellent mouser! Welcome to farm life, Hank. 🐾

My best girl, Zoe! 🐾❤️ She loves life on the farm, especially when the cooler weather rolls in! 🍂
