Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!

Gratitude doesn’t always feel happy or look pretty. Sometimes it’s a fighting choice to believe that where God has us and what he’s giving us is GOOD. Not because it’s comfortable or pleasant, but because he “works all things together FOR the good of those who love him and are called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28, emphasis added).

He knows best. He can be trusted. And for that, I am incredibly thankful.

Something easy to be thankful for are these GORGEOUS photos from Alison Faith Photography ! And let me tell ya, getting to these photos involved all the mayhem you would expect from 3 kids under 5, but once we arrived Alison made our kids feel so at ease and we had the best photo session we’ve ever had!

For this week’s Farm Feature, we are highlighting The Moore for Less Baking Co. and Cathy’s Bits & Pieces!

We are so excited to have this vendor back at Native Branch Farm again this year. Cathy and Samantha are a mother-daughter team who enjoy baking and crafting together.

Samantha’s The Moore for Less Baking Co. offers homemade baked goods, including cake pops, sourdough bread, fudge, and jam 🤤

Cathy’s Bits & Pieces offers handmade cinnamon ornaments — pre-decorated or plain for DIY at home — along with scarf aprons and regular aprons.

So whether you want to “pop” in for a little treat on your way to hop on the hay ride or stock up on stocking stuffers after you cut down your Christmas tree, make sure to give their table a visit! I have personally been the recipient of Cathy’s cinnamon ornaments and Samantha’s jam, and can attest that they are a delight.

I’m excited to announce that I will be teaming up with Native Branch Farm again this year for holiday photos!!
The farm isn’t quite ready yet, but they will be soon!! I will be putting out calendars for Oct-Dec in the next couple of weeks so we can start booking for those dates! I cant wait for these, it’s the perfect setting for all of your holiday cards!

Native Branch is a family owned and operated Christmas Tree farm in Chandler, TX. They are the sweetest, most precious little family I’ve ever met. They grow gorgeous xmas trees for you and your family to choose from, not to mentioned how reasonably prices they are!! They do all the work there at the farm from helping you cut your tree down, hauling it and wrapping it for your journey home! It truly is such an exciting process to experience!
