Hello Kings and Queens my name is Kashoin I am a Plant-based specialist I only cook plant-based meals unless my clients want me to slowly transition them to plant-based food I also do meal prep. I do not use any dairy products no meat products unless requested no bleached products no artificial sweeteners or colors I cook with organic vegetables and all plant-based ingredients. I love to cook for

our Chakras colors because you are what you eat my plant-based meals are very flavorful, fulfilling, seasoned to perfection, and have lots of colors in it. I have many delicious Plant-based meals that I am ready to share with my clients or potential clients just because it's not meat doesn't mean it's not good.
