It’s official! Our eggs are now cheaper than those in the store. It didn’t take long after the new Michigan law went into affect for those price to go up.

Get ready to pay more for eggs at the store!
Michigan law requires that all eggs sold in the state come from cage-free housing systems starting December 31, 2024. This law applies to businesses that sell to consumers, but not to farms with fewer than 3,000 egg-laying hens.
