Five years. Hundreds of trees. Countless hours.

What began as bare ground and a dream is slowly becoming the orchard we imagined.

These rows hold more than apple trees—they hold early mornings, long days, prayers, hard work, and hope for the future.

And now, seeing these young trees growing together into a real orchard, we’re reminded that the most beautiful things are often built slowly.

We can’t wait to share it with you this fall. 🍎

The blossoms have come and gone, and now the real work begins.

Tiny apples are hanging from the branches, each one full of potential. The fruit is set, and from now until harvest, our days will be spent caring for these little guys—nourishing them, protecting them, and helping them grow into the crisp, delicious apples you’ll be picking this fall.

While the orchard may look quiet from the road, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes as we work alongside nature.

This fall will be especially meaningful because it marks our third year open since we relocated the orchard to our dairy farm! Watching these little apples develop reminds us how far this orchard has come in just a few short years. We’re incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown our family and our farm, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for another season of apple picking, fresh-baked treats, wagon rides, and making memories together.

For now, we’ll keep tending the trees—and these tiny apples will keep growing toward autumn.

We are doing something we haven’t done for a long time this Spring! Moldboard plowing to prep the field for the feed that will keep our cows happy and healthy all year long. Love seeing the farm come back to life. 🤎🚜🐄

🌸 Still in Bloom at Pieper’s Fruit Farm!

The orchard is holding onto spring a little longer this year — and we’re not complaining.

Bloom-time fun fact:
Apple blossoms don’t all open at once. Each cluster actually has a “king bloom” — the very first and largest flower to open — and it’s usually the one most likely to become the best, biggest apple of the bunch. A tiny reminder that God weaves intention even into the smallest details.

We’re soaking in these last days of bloom… before the trees trade their flowers for fruit. 🍎💛
