Hello old friends! As I mentioned, I’m back on the smoked brisket grind. This week we are using a much better cut of Prime1 brisket. We are also now using oak wood to smoke the meat. Our plates include a good serving of brisket, frijoles a la charra, Mexican red rice, sausage, potato salad, and our own bbq sauce and a coke all for $15. We call it the smokey platter! our next sale day is this Saturday. If you’re interested, please feel free to send me a message.
