A summer evening at the ballpark is hard to beat, which is why we’re excited to be back serving wood-fired pizzas with some cold beers for another season with the Upper Valley Nighthawks.

Join us June 19 in White River Junction. We’ll be at the pizza ovens and taps from 5 to 9 PM, serving a lineup of pizzas that goes well beyond the usual ballpark fare. From Sweet Italian Sausage & Roasted Mushroom to Chopped Clam & Garlic Butter, plus classic cheese and pepperoni, we’ve got all the bases covered.

The Nighthawks bring some of the best baseball talent in the country to the Upper Valley each summer as members of the New England Collegiate Baseball League.

Find us at the ballpark and make a night of it.

Whole animal butchery is our foundation. Locally sourced, quality cuts, and dry-aged to develop that brown-butter, nutty flavor. Our farmers make it possible for us to provide our community with such wholesome nourishment. We take great pride in sharing our farmers’ stories and knowing the origins of the food we share.

Mark and his family at Archway Farm in Keene, NH have been with us since the beginning. A true farrow-to-finish farm, they supply us with some of the most delicious pork we’ve ever worked with. Our dry-aged pork chops, sausages, house-smoked ham, and bacon are what they are because of Mark’s practices, consistency, and care. We’re grateful to partner with them and proud to share a truly local experience.

It’s been two weeks, and you know what that means... two brand-new housemade ice cream flavors!

This round, we’re serving up Brown Butter Maple and Toasted Marshmallow Banana. Enjoy them on their own or twist them together for a unique flavor combination.

Now for the really fun part: we want your help choosing one of our upcoming flavors! Drop your best ice cream flavor ideas in the comments. If we pick your suggestion, you’ll be handsomely rewarded with a sweet treat featuring your very own creation.

We don’t like to pick favorites but some sandwiches mean a little more to us, and this is one of them.

Our Porchetta Press starts with slow-roasted pork belly, seasoned generously with herbs and prepared the way it should be. We layer it onto our house-made sourdough focaccia, then add peppery arugula, crunchy pistachio pesto, creamy stracciatella, and a drizzle of chili oil for just the right touch of heat.

Rich, savory, creamy, crunchy, and balanced in every bite. This is a sandwich we’re truly proud to serve.

Today is the final day to register for ! 🚴‍♀️

We’re excited to be returning to the Tunbridge Fairgrounds on June 6 to feed riders and spectators after one of Vermont’s most beloved gravel cycling events.

The Ranger was created by a community determined to protect the back roads, working farms, and rural character that make this corner of Vermont so special. Since its founding, the event has raised thousands of dollars for local nonprofits and organizations focused on land stewardship, outdoor recreation, and strengthening small communities.

Race registration includes a post-ride meal, and we’ll be serving up:

🥢 Soba Noodle & Tahini Salad (GF/Vegan)

🍠 Roasted Sweet Potato, Broccoli & Chili Crisp Slaw (GF/Vegan)

🌱 Crispy Marinated Tofu & Bean Sprouts (GF/Vegan)

🍗 Char Siu BBQ Chicken

🥬 Lettuce Cups & Kimchi Condiment Bar

Not riding? Come anyway. Our post-race meal will also be available for purchase, and we’ll have beverages from local favorites including beer, cider, kombucha, seltzer, soda, and non-alcoholic options. Grab a meal, cheer on the riders, and enjoy a day at the fairgrounds.

Registration closes today at 5 PM, so don’t wait. Head to the link in ’s bio to sign up, support a great cause, and enjoy an unforgettable day on the roads of Tunbridge.

We’ll see you at the finish line!
