The Clark Ranch can trace it's roots back to the early 1900's when Walter Frazier filed a claim on "The Strip" then walked a herd of sheep he purchased from Burnett County 400 miles to Hockley County. S***t Clark and Mary Frazier were married in 1946 and eventually owned several properties in Central Texas. Their son, Bob Clark ranched in Rising Star and Sundown in the 1970's before moving with hi

s wife, Marilyn to the current ranch headquarters in Brownwood, Texas in the late 1980's. Today, the Clark Ranch operates over 7,000 acres in Brown and Coleman Counties specializing in Cow/Calf Operation and Commercial Hereford Bulls.
