Hayward Farmers Market, WISCONSIN we've enjoyed seeing all of you this past season! And especially proud to be a sponsor of this year's market and provide 100% Grass Fed High Quality Hereford Beef and Chill Tank Tenderized Poultry exceeding the APPPA Requirements. Our CSA members this year enjoyed poultry free of chemical agents commonly used in processing and high quality feed including sourcing from local organic farms. Also, we are proud to have provided beef to Wisconsin's high need food pantries and participate in Farm to School local program with NWES. Yearling bulls and steer enjoying sweet so sweet grass on a cool sunny day above the lake. This is their third grazing on this paddock thanks to this season's rain.

Our last calf for the 2024 season arrived this morning. "Still wet behind the ears"pictured below, and now I know what that expression means. Is now up and nursing! Funny our bull to heifer ratio leans bullish with 80% being little bull calves.
