The new Claas is filling the trucks really fast. Heavy third cutting of alfalfa and using this machine was very impressive. Looking forward to see how it will do in corn this fall.

We are raising our young calves in 3 systems. The first 2 months in individual huts, 3-4 months old in a building in groups of 6 and the 5-6 months old in groups of 15. Good feed, dry bedding and fresh air keeps them healthy.

We like the easy calving of the Jersey breed but some calves are really small when they are just born 😀
