Thank you for being SO respectful to our land. We picked up ONE piece of trash yesterday after everyone left. We are so grateful!!

Yesterday was everything I had hoped it would be and more. ❤️

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single vendor who trusted me and believed in this vision. Thank you to our amazing food trucks for keeping everyone fed, our photographer for capturing so many special moments, and every person who came out to shop, support local, and spend the day with us.

A huge thank you to our friends, family, and neighbors who stepped in wherever they were needed. Whether you parked cars, answered questions, helped set up, cleaned up, or simply checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly, you made this day possible.

And most importantly, thank you to my husband. There truly aren’t enough words to thank you for everything you did to make this market happen. From all the behind-the-scenes work to the countless hours of preparation, this vision would not have become a reality without you. Thank you for believing in me and putting your heart into it right alongside mine.

Thank you to everyone who braved the heat, shared a smile, shopped local, and celebrated with us. This event only worked because of all of you. Every vendor, every customer, every shared post, and every kind word made it so special.

One thing we heard over and over yesterday was, “You should do this again!” So now I want to hear from you…

Would you like to see us host more markets throughout the year? Maybe a Fall Market or a Spring Market when the weather is a little cooler?

Let me know in the comments. We’d love to hear what you think. 💚

The herb garden has been busy!🌿

Today’s harvest includes fresh herbs picked right here at Snyder Farms. There’s nothing quite like cooking with herbs that were growing just hours ago.

Take time to smell the Zinnia’s… or whatever they say. 🌻🌸

Have you ever tried cucumelons?! 🍈

If not, now’s your chance for FREE!

We got our cucumelon starts from Beaman’s HomeGrown Petals and Produce, and they’ve been thriving here at Snyder Farms ever since.

These tiny little fruits look like miniature watermelons but have a crisp, cucumber-like flavor with a hint of citrus.

Stop by the Porch Pantry and grab a few to try. We’d love to hear what you think!

🌽 We can’t live without sweet corn….can you?

We just finished planting our sweet corn, popcorn, and Indian corn for the third time this season. 😅

Our saved seed corn from last year wasn’t stored properly (our fault!), so it lost viability. Without enough good seed to use the planter, we went old school and planted it by hand this round. Fingers crossed this fresh seed does the trick!

So when will it be ready? Most sweet corn takes about 70–90 days from planting to harvest, which means if all goes well, we’ll be picking ears in late late summer, just in time for you to stock your freezer, can some up, or enjoy it fresh off the cob. 🌽

Think of us this fall when we have corn coming out of our ears… literally. 😂🌽🌽
