Polacek Farm 68014 One hundred plus year old farm located in the Bohemian Alps of Butler County. We raise Katadin sheep, chicken and ducks.

We sell eggs at the Farmer's Market in Schuyler, and on line. Seasonally, we sell baked goods such as apple strudel, and plum jelly

This is our blackberry jalapeno jelly. Isn't it pretty?
Our wild blackberry vines near the house did amazing this year and were so heavy with berries that we froze the fruit because Marilee and I couldn't process it fast enough.
I will be at the Schuyler Farmers Market tonight with this jelly, cookies, apple kolaches, cucumbers, peppers and my embroidery and rag rugs.
