�Order Time Frames�
Custom shirts can be designed before invoice is sent so you can approve design! Invoice will be sent and payment is due upon receipt before anything else is started. Custom cups need to be paid upon receiving invoice once ordered. Most cups are made to order and they are 2-3 weeks out depending on design. (sublimation is much faster than epoxy)
Most keychains are pre-made and can have a design added to them. These will be 3-4 days out to allow cure time of top coat if a decal/name/design is added. For keychains that are ready to sell without adding design those are available once invoice is paid.

�SHIPPING POLICY�
Processing is 8-10 business days(pending what item you are interested in! Times may be less!) Shipping takes 3-7 business days upon processing the order. We ship USPS First class or Priority Mail. (I am not responsible or liable for delays in shipping due to the issues with the postal service.) International shipping will take a bit longer to receive. Some items may already be ready to ship so you may receive it sooner then a custom order. For any additional information on this please feel free to contact us.
�CUSTOMER SERVICE & MAILING�
Once your item(s) have checked in through the USPS, Board By Design is no longer reliable for the item(s). IF an item is lost in mail, we recommend you contact USPS for more information. Items are always packed safely to try and prevent any issues. But unfortunately I cannot guarantee that USPS will ship in a timely manner.
�RETURN & EXCHANGE�
SALES ARE FINAL! Please make sure you pick the correct items and sizes before you pay. We do not offer exchanges. If an item is damaged please reach out to us with photos of how item arrived in the box and the item itself, we will try to make it right. Every item is made to perfection to ensure quality. If any mistakes were made on our end, we will make it right for you as the customer.
�QUALITY GUARANTEE�
Items are HANDMADE. No, we don't sew all of our items(some items are), but they are all hand done by me. Not every item will look exactly the same as they are created by an actual person. Which makes each item unique in its own way! We use different types of materials on our items. Washing instructions will always be included, and are listed above, so please be sure to ALWAYS follow those directions.
�WASHING INSTRUCTIONS�
We recommend turning clothing items inside out for washing. Wash on cold water, tumble dry on low, you can always air dry as well! Also NO fabric softener. PLEASE follow the washing instructions sent with you item(s) as this may vary per item. We are not responsible for damaged items due to improper washing. As for tumbler/cup/bottles, do not leave soaking in water for an extended period or time, and absolutely no dishwasher or microwave. Items are hot and cold beverage safe.
�Payment Options�
Venmo, cash and Paypal are accepted. As well as the option to purchase directly through my shop page here, or on Etsy. I can create a custom listing for you with out agreed upon price as well as shipping, that way you are able to use your credit/debit card.
��️Additional information��
If you have a massive order that involves shirts, please give me ATLEAST a 72 hour notice. HTV vinyl takes up to 24 hours to cure, without it sitting for that long as in you wear it or it being washed it causes the vinyl to rise and not stick properly. HTV needs time to cure. The adhesive on heat transfer vinyl is activated by heat. This heat allows the adhesive to sink down into the fibers of your shirts, bags, pants, etc. After application, the adhesive needs time to harden and cool without interruption. I typically use unisex clothing items. If you would rather have women’s or men’s that is also fine just be sure to specify!! If you don’t it will more than likely be unisex unless we talk otherwise about it! What I can help create:
