Dirty Cabbage with Nick’s Golden Sauce!!!! 🥬🥓

This dinner dish was smoked to delicious perfection by, of course, Nick! 🔥

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound lean ground sirloin beef
1 (12 ounce) package andouille sausage
3 scallions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 small green cabbage, sliced 1/4-inch-thick
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Enhance with Golden Sauce. Top with cheese, bacon crumbles, and MORE Golden Sauce

P.s. The Golden Sauce is actually Dena’s 🤫🤫🤐

Nick’s Barbecue Company is excited to announce our planned future expansion into a dedicated storefront, The Market, in the former Grand River Marketplace building in downtown Brunswick.

The Market will plan to feature a thoughtfully curated selection of:
• Fresh meats
• Cheeses
• Deli items
• Additional specialty goods

It will also serve as a retail home for Nick’s Barbecue Company sauces, offering convenient access to the products our customers know and trust.

As a locally owned business, we believe deeply in the importance of shopping local and helping Brunswick continue to grow and thrive. This community has supported us from the beginning, and we are honored for the opportunity to expand our services right here at home.
